Born and raised on the city’s East Side, B-Nyce has been grinding in the music scene, delivering hits like Wait and his latest single Finished. But beyond the beats and bars, he’s also the driving force behind the Annual Pelo Palooza, a community celebration with deep cultural roots.

Carrying Pelo’s Legacy Forward
B-Nyce isn’t just making music—he’s making a difference. As the curator of Pelo Palooza, he’s honoring the life of Thapelo “Pelo” Hill, a Buffalo native who was a true pillar of the community. Pelo, who grew up immersed in African dance, drum, and cultural arts at the Langston Hughes Center, left a lasting impact. From collaborating with Westside Gunn and Conway to inspiring young artists, Pelo’s influence ran deep.
To keep that legacy alive, B-Nyce has made it his mission to spread positivity and knowledge—both through his music and the annual celebration sponsored by the African American Cultural Center and TTP Consulting & Planning.
The Music Hustle Is Real
It’s no secret that making it in music takes serious hustle, and B-Nyce is all in. His latest project, The Forgotten One, is streaming now on all platforms, featuring standout tracks like Finished and Swerve. And if you haven’t checked out his visuals on YouTube yet, you’re missing out.
